NAHS Pod System Each pod comprises of a online nahs consultant, two qualified key workers (one senior), . In addition, there will be an assistant social worker and specialist worker such as a parenting worker or a youth worker to provide co-working and support when required (they will not carry any separate caseloads). Domestic Family Law affecting Children Children’s Care Homes Support
Delivering care to young people NAHS Agency believes that all children and young people deserve the chance to shine. We’re dedicated to provide children’s care homes with high quality care staff, close to home, when they need it most. Our fully trained carers are trained in keeping young people safe, supporting them to independence and enabling them to achieve their full potential. Our trained staffs is focused on meeting the unique needs of each individual young person, for Abuse and Trauma Studies, enables us to track and measure their progress towards a brighter future. We have targeted our services towards many of the children’s care homes that are 16+ and designed the flexibility to engage the exact care at the right time for each young person.
NAHS Staff Support Service Our Service is only presentable in the London Area at present, for example we offer staff support, to child care companies that are involved in homeless young people with issues including emotional and behavioural problems, substance misuse, mental ill-health and offending behaviour. In other areas we work with local authorities to deliver services tailored to the pathways they have developed for young people’s care. All our staff must have knowledgeable and working experience with children’s homes — including secured children’s home – and supported housing for vulnerable young people. Our database of carer’s is growing swiftly. We operate a specialist service looking after teenagers, being a carer can be a demanding job and we are proud of the NAHS team that gives the training and support to equip their carers when needed. We are able to provide specialist advice in relation to the following:
• Attending Child Protection Conferences • Children Accommodated under Section 20 of the Children Act • Guardianship • Local Authority Applications to remove children from the care of their parents whether by an Emergency • Protection Order or a Care Order • Secure Accommodation • Supervision Orders
