LOCATION

Chippenham is a rapidly expanding North Wiltshire town situated approximately 100 miles west of London, 25 miles west of Swindon, 20 miles east of Bristol and 12 miles north east of the historic city of Bath.

The town itself is located some 4 miles south of Junction 17 of the M4 motorway and is approached via the A350, a dual carriageway link providing fast and easy access to the national motorway network.

The town is served by a mainline rail link to London Paddington and Bristol Airport is located approximately 25 miles to the west.

Cornbrash Park comprises part of the long-established Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate, located to the west of Chippenham town centre.

The Estate benefits from direct access from the A350 Western Bypass and is situated approximately 4 miles south of Junction 17 of the M4 motorway.

Phase II is located directly off Bumpers Way, the main estate road, and comprises part of a mixed campus office and industrial development constructed in the late 1990s.
