A good friend of mine is the solicitor acting and represents the joint venture which is behind the Panamanian Offshore SPV company which is the Registered Proprietor of the above vacant 23 storey Tower Office Building.

This property has huge potential opportunities for refurbishment/conversion/redevelopment

The basic details of the Building are as follows:-

There are 23 floors. 

Floors 1 and 2  are below ground 

Floor 3 is ground level. 

Floor 4 is a mezzanine level.

Offices start at Floor 5 and continue to floor 14 with the Elbow

Floors 15 - 21 continue without the Elbow

Floor 22 /23 is one double height floor, formerly used as a 'plant' room.

The Roof and lift housing is above that.

Below and at the side is a 449 car space car park with circa 200 car parking spaces allocated to the Tower.

I represent the joint venture owners and there is no-one else in this Country.  The Panamanian SPV company is a non-trading shell which is however registered for VAT as from when the Tower property was acquired in March 2000.
