Oil prices moved slightly higher. October Brent Crude improved to US$78.40/barrel, while US light, sweet crude for October delivery rose to US$73.71/barrel  -  Gold extended gains in overseas trading on Friday to establish a new nominal all-time high at 1282.53, but further gains were thwarted as silver came up against the 21.00 threshold.

                      

Terms & Conditions

 1) In these Terms and Conditions, FE Magazine shall mean. FE Magazine 

 2) Unless otherwise stated in writing, these Conditions  which supersede any earlier sets of Conditions, shall

override any Terms and Conditions stipulated incorporated or referred to by the customers whether in the booking’ or elsewhere and all Guarantees, Warranties, or Conditions whether expressed or implied howsoever are excluded and hereby negated. No amendments to these Conditions are allowed save those which may be agreed in writing by an authorised officer of FE Magazine .

 3) FE Magazine  gives no warranty about any of  FE Magazine  Services which is sold as to it’s quality, suitability or otherwise.

 4) The Contract - A Registration contract shall be deemed to have been made between FE Magazine  and the registered member client when the client has confirmed the requirements by email, letter, telex or facsimile and FE Magazine  has accepted such a Registration.

5.Schedule of Payment

a) A membership Payment as stipulated at the time of the booking must be paid to FE Magazine  within twenty working days from the date of the registered. Otherwise the Registration will be cancelled at the discretion of FE Magazine .

b) Any Final balances must be paid to FE Magazine  no later than eight working days prior to the first day of  any booked schedule other than overnight flights or immediate booking required and arranged by any FE Magazine  Personal Assistant and Confirmed by FE Magazine  main line supervisor..

 c) If the booking is made within eight weeks of the first day of any  booked Event, the deposit and the final balance must be paid to FE Magazine  within fourteen working days from the date of  the booking.

 d) For all main registered  Purchases such as property and lifestyle uses, Advance payment is required to be deposited into  FE Magazine  Clients Account before any of the transaction is completed

 e) For any lifestyle bookings made of the first day of the Event and for additions made during the Event payment must be made by an authorised credit card through your Embassy.

 f) All payments made by credit card will be subject to a 2% service charge.

 b) Any Final balances must be paid to FE Magazine  no later than eight weeks prior to the first day of  any bookings.

c) If the booking is made within eight weeks of the first day of the booked Event, the deposit and the final balance must be paid to FE Magazine  within five working days from the date of booking.

  6) Tickets and other admission documents will not under any circumstances be issued prior to receipt and bank clearance of  full payment relating to such tickets and admission documents. Cancellation and alterations of  any purchases or bookings will be accepted at the sole discretion of FE Magazine . In the event of the customer wishing to alter or cancel the booking any such alteration or cancellation must be confirmed in writing to FE Magazine . On receipt of such  cancellation or alteration instruction, the following scale of cancellation and alteration charges will be applied:

Cancellation of Membership

Up to one week before the first day of  the Full deposit.

FE Magazine  will return 50% of  the full deposit if the client cannot show any true reason why he or she wises to leave as a member.

 For all invoice type of services under no circumstances shall refunds be payable of any booking in the event of a customer cancelling any service booked by through FE Magazine  even if  the booking was made by their card or their funds. 

Amendment Fee

 7) An administration charge will be added to the final balance for each amendment made to the original service booked, FE Magazine  try’s to  save where the amendment increased the size of  any bookings made.

 Cancellation and amendment charges are not penalties, but a genuine pre-estimate of the damage that would be caused to FE Magazine .

 8)FE Magazine  has no control over the running of  any management of  Booked.

 9)FE Magazine  cannot be responsible or liable whatsoever, for the non-appearance of any individual artist, performer, player or participant - participants

 10) The details of  any information shown in any material supplied by FE Magazine  are correct at the time of printing but the customer shall be responsible for checking with the event that no alterations have been made.

 11) The customer hereby acknowledge that FE Magazine  has no liability. and no control over the pricing policy of tickets for required services and purchases of any description.

 12) Services in any Hospitality packages sold are subject to any terms, conditions and limitations of  liability  imposed by the owners or operators of the venue for which tickets are sold.

 13) FE Magazine  shall not be held liable for any omissions by any person not employed directly by FE Magazine . FE Magazine  has no control over the Third Party Services and does not have any and cannot accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the organisers or operators or their servants, agents or employees.

 14) FE Magazine  shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense caused by cancellation of the Event because of any government action, strike, civil commotion, national disaster or other force in no circumstances shall FE Magazine  be liable for any consequential loss or damage. In any event FE Magazine ’s liability shall be limited to the price of  the Hospitality Package.

 15) Any complaints must be registered both on the day and in writing to FE Magazine  Head Office within 14 days of the Event date. FE Magazine  cannot be liable for any complaints received after that period but will keep the complaint on record.

 16) FE Magazine  has no responsibility for any property or personal effects at the Event.

 17) If any FE Magazine  organised Packages are to be posted or delivered to the client by VIP Personal Assistant FE Magazine  will take all the responsibility, no risk shall be given to the customer upon any items being posted to the address given by the customer. FE Magazine  shall not be liable for any loss, damage or cost arising by non-delivery and reserves the right to levy an additional charge for issuing replacement tickets and documents or purchases for those lost whether in the post or otherwise 

 18) Hospitality Packages and Tickets in them shall not be resold or transferred save as set out herein and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any commercial agent or company or otherwise than directly from FE Magazine  or an appointed agent of FE Magazine . If more than one Hospitality Package or ticket is issued to a customer those hospitality packages or tickets may be used only by those persons intending to accompany that customer to and at the Event. The provision of such hospitality packages and tickets by a customer to such persons without payment shall not contravene these ticket conditions. Any hospitality packages or tickets obtained in breach of these conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such tickets shall by nullified. Any person seeking to use a ticket in breach of these conditions in order to gain or provide entry to or remain at an Event will be liable to be refused admission to or be ejected from the venue and may be liable to legal action.

 19) Hospitality Packages and Tickets therein shall not be used as competition prizes , or trade incentives, nor may they be used in raffles, lotteries, or draws whether for commercial or charitable purposes without the prior written authority of the Event which may withhold such authority at its sole discretion.

 20) (UK Only) Unless otherwise agreed these Conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. It is hereby deemed that all contracts have been made in the jurisdiction of The Central London Court.

 21) FE Magazine  give no warranties that the event's or performances) shall take place in the time and place stipulated or at all. FE Magazine  shall not be liable to give any refund in the event of the events or performances being cancelled or postponed. 

 22) If Clause 21 is deleted (please refer to your invoice) separate terms and conditions, in lieu of Clause 21, will be attached.

 

 

Privacy Statement

FE Magazine  Privacy Policy enables us to process information we already have about your use of our services (such as the lifestyle you and your family have) for your PA purposes.

This means we can tell you about any new FE Magazine  services, pricing packages and special offers, which we believe may particularly interest you.

We need your consent to be given through your PA.  And all the benefits that this processing provides and will assume we have it, unless you tell us otherwise by completing our opt-out form.

Why do we have a Privacy Policy?

We have developed this Privacy Policy because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your personal information. FE Magazine  is registered under the data protection laws in the United Kingdom and takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal information.

When we refer to 'personal information' in this Privacy Policy, we mean information which identifies you as an individual, or is capable of doing so. Accordingly, we may hold and use data about you in your capacity as a consumer, a business customer, or as an individual acting on behalf of a business customer.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy only applies to FE Magazine  Services . It does not apply to any other third party services, or to any other FE Magazine  third party web sites or companies even if we host them or give you access them from our web site or our FE Magazine  head office or your PA Contact. If you disclose your personal information directly to other companies, your personal information will be dealt with according to their privacy practices.

What personal information do we collect about you, and when do we collect it?

If you register to become a FE Magazine  Member, we will ask you for information such as your name, address, contact telephone numbers, email address, credit card details and other (optional) information. Once you PA meets you your PA will also ask you for personal information.

We may receive personal information about you from third parties. Except in the cases where we are merely processing such information for them, we rely on third parties to obtain your consent for us to use this information.

What do we use your personal information for?

If you're a registered customer we may use your personal information to:

·      *   confirm your transaction has been completed

·      *   communicate with you about your access to, or use of, our service

·      *   check that you're a registered customer if you call the FE Magazine  helpdesk. For security reasons we'll ask you for some of the information you gave us when you registered and check this against our records

·      *   let you know (by PA, telephone or email) about any changes to our services.

·      *   improve our understanding of the type of customers you are to maintain our high level of services.

·      *   subject to your agreement, provide you with information about FE Magazine  third party products and services

·      *   manage our network of Members

·      *   prevent and detect criminal activity, fraud and misuse of or damage to our network, and to prosecute those responsible

We may sometimes ask other companies to provide any of the above services on our behalf. If we do this, we share your personal information with them for this purpose. Please see 'Do we share your personal information with anyone else?' for more information on this.

What other information do we collect?

We have information about your use of our services (such as the amount of time you spend online). We mainly use this information to manage our network and for billing purposes. However, we may also use this information for marketing BT's services. We do not disclose this information to anyone other than to our agents who process it on our behalf. Your decision on whether you want to receive details of other BT products and services which is made when you register for or order a service, also applies to this information. Consequently, if you do not wish us to use this information for marketing purposes but during registration elected to receive details on other BT products and services, you need to complete an opt-out form.

As with most (if not all) web site operators, we also collect information from visitors to our web site and registered customers to help us improve our web site and the services we make available. This information tells us, for instance, how many visitors there were to our web site, when they visited, for how long and which areas of our web site they went to. This information helps us to assess which parts of our web site are popular or need improving. We may share this aggregate data with our advertisers and other companies which offer their goods or services on our web site so that they can see how effective our web site is as a sales channel for their products but any information we share in this way is anonymous and you could not be identified from it. We do not use this information to:

·     *       identify individuals visiting our web site (unless you agree to this by clicking on the 'Remember Me' function)

·    *      analyse your visits to any other web sites (except that we do track you if you go to web sites carrying our banner, but we do not identify personal details while we do this)

·     *      track any internet searches which you may make while on our web site

Do we share your personal information with anyone else?

We sometimes use other companies to provide some of our services, or to provide services to us, and we share your personal information with these other companies. However, these companies can only process this information according to the instructions we give them, may only do things with your personal information that we are entitled to do, and may only act on our behalf. In addition they are required to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act to keep the information secure.

We'll also disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, for example under a Court Order, or in response to properly made demands under powers contained in legislation.

If there is a change (or prospective change) in the ownership of FE Magazine  or any of its assets, we may have to disclose personal information to the new (or prospective) owner.

For how long do we keep personal information?

The time period for which we keep information varies according to what the information is used for. In some cases there are legal requirements to keep data for a minimum period. Unless there is a specific legal requirement for us to keep the information, we will retain it for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or for which it is to be further processed.

How can you change the personal information we hold about you?

If the information we hold about you is inaccurate, please let us know and we will make the necessary amendments and confirm that these have been made.

How do we protect your personal information?

We're serious about guarding the security of your personal information and the details of any transactions made. We take appropriate organisational and technical security measures to protect your data against unauthorised disclosure or processing. on the internet we use a secure server to store the information you give us when you register or order (including your credit card details and your password). Any personal data you send us is securely encrypted.

Personal internet Fraud information

Over and above what we do to safeguard your privacy and security, there are a number of things you can do to protect yourself from internet fraud:

choose a password you can remember but others will not guess, change it regularly and, if you do write it down, keep it somewhere safe and secure

when you have finished your session on our web site, make sure you prevent your details being seen by anyone that you do not wish to see them. So, if you've registered and logged in, remember to log off. Clear any cache so there is no record of any transactions left on screen — both Netscape and Internet Explorer let you do this. We also recommend you then close your browser so any history of the session is cleared
